I have fucking hunting dogs!!! Theyre not pussys who play with toys! how do i stop them barking
yeah, if i rewarded my dog with a treat then it stop barking it would just bark again for more food. he’s very smart but he’s never going shut up.
lol. the toy thing. my 8 year old english setter barks his balls off when anyone comes to the door. after their let in he grabs this toy and jumps on them and acts like an ahole until he’s not being payed any attention. “NO BARKING” after 8 years he knows what it means but is stubborn. as soon as he barks he gets his muzzle and freeze like he was given a truck load of thorize. he hates it. it’s like the end of the world, but still after 8 years he rather take the muzzle than shut up.
The toy thing is very creative… teach them a new response to the stimulus, rather than just trying to stop the bad response.

I think it’s funny that any videos I see where you have to teach your dog something, people comment negatively on it. These methods DO work. Your just lazy and want a quick fix when you’ve never even taught them the right thing to do yet.
Ye i know what you mean i got the same problem my dog destroys my house when i leave her alone
dogs are wonderful you can tell how happy they are

How do you stop an outside dog from continuous barking at squirrels? HELP!
